Su Ming-Ju has a doctorate in art management and cultural policy from the National Taiwan University of the Arts, and has managed numerous projects for the civil service as well as non-governmental organizations. She currently holds a teaching position in the tourism management department at Shih Chien University, and is also responsible for exhibition planning. Other works include Creativity and the City and Cultural Tourism.
