After graduating from Fu-Hsin Trade and Arts School, A-Wei worked as an illustrator, art designer for video games, and an assistant comic artist. In 2002 he published My Light Blue Lover online, which won best new talent at the Golden Comic Awards. He prefers to work on thrillers and science fiction, with another award winning work, Forests of Time, telling the story of an immortal young girl who travels through space and time.
