Chen Jing-Cong is a children’s book author, retired elementary school teacher, and textbook editor. He has authored about forty children’s books including Summons from Jade Mountain and Wishes at Minus 18 Degrees. His books have garnered numerous awards in Taiwan and China, including the prestigious Bing Xin Children's Literature Award.
