Business Weekly Publications was established in 1987. Over the past three decades, we have grown into a diverse and comprehensive publishing company covering business, social science and humanities, current events, philosophy, literature and fiction, popular science, biographies and memoirs, law, self-help, health and living, lifestyle, and design. Our publishing started with business titles for those who wish to improve their skills in leadership, management, career development, sales, marketing, and finance.

China Times Publishing Company, established in 1975, is one of the leading publishing houses in Taiwan, and it became the first and only publishing house with an IPO in Taiwan in 1999. China Times Publishing is dedicated to introducing distinguished authors and writings to readers and to preserving knowledge and culture for the future generations. 

Over the past forty-two years, China Times Publishing has published over 6,000 titles of fiction and nonfiction books. Today, it publishes approximately 400 new titles annually, covering a wide range of genres: Literary and Upmarket Fiction, Business & Finance, Current Affairs, Social Science, History, Biography, Popular Science, Self-Help, Health & Fitness, Spirituality & Religion, Travel, Lifestyle, Children books and so on. The authors and books won critical reviews and major book prizes at both national and international levels.

The history of Crown Culture Corporation dates back to February 22, 1954 when Mr Ping Shin-Tao started his business with Crown Magazine. With time, the Crown Culture Corporation has expanded with the establishment of imprints, including Crown Publishing Co. (fiction), Ping’s Publications (non-fiction), Paperback Publishing Co. (books for teenagers, including fiction and non-fiction), Ping’s Recordings, the Crown website, the Crown bookshop, and Dance Forum Taipei. The company has extended into the area of film, television, music, setting up gallery, theatre and dance spaces. In the last 20 years, Crown has developed its overseas markets and set up subsidiary offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia, exerting more influence among Chinese-speakers abroad than any other Taiwanese publisher.

Delight Press was founded in September 2006, and has since been a division of Systex Corporation. We are a technical publisher and are devoted to providing high-quality content for IT professionals and software developers.

In the beginning of 2010, we started to extend our product range. We continually publish books in different fields, including literature, spirituality, relationship, recipe, handcrafts, business management, art design, and photography.

Founded in 2001, Gaea Books is a Taiwanese publisher, and a kingdom of memories and imagination. We devote ourselves to scouting gifted authors in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Mainland China. In the meantime, we introduce the popular works from Europe, USA, Japan, and South Korea to readers in Taiwan. In 2009, Gaea Books started a new brand, Dyna Books, to publish graphic novels and comics, and to find a different way to tell stories - through visual arts.

We believe that through the way we choose, edit and market the books, we can lead readers to experience the pleasure of reading in different genres, no matter it is a literary text or graphic novel. We would love to be the cultural messenger between authors and readers, between individual and society, and between different worlds.

Grimm Press is the first publishing company specialized in picture books in Taiwan that cooperates with 335 prestigious illustrators from over 32 countries to publish the “best quality” picture books for children. The authors and illustrators we work with include Nobel Prize winners Gabriel García Márquez and Rudyard Kipling, and Hans Christian Andersen Award winners Dušan Kállay and Robert Ingpen.

Grimm Press sold copyrights to counties all over the world in 25 different languages, including USA, France, UK, Canada, Korea, Germany, Japan, etc. We expanded our publishing business beyond border and demonstrate Taiwan’s capability to create high-quality and refined publications.

Reading beautifully-illustrated picture books can inspire children to appreciate art and understand aesthetics. At the same time, having reader's recognition is what Grimm Press has been striving for and our future goal.

Light Press has been established in 2017. We focus especially on picture books and activity books suitable for 3 to 8-year-old children, including original and translated works. We like to cooperate with new authors or illustrators, exploring more possibility in atypical children books.

Little Bear Books, established in September 2010, is a new division of The Republic Publishing Group in Taiwan. In order to enrich children's reading experience and satisfy their natural-born curiosity and the urge to explore the world, we commit ourselves to publishing the most professional and diverse children's books, by means of cultivating the creativity and expertise of authors and artists in local Taiwanese community, as well as introducing the state-of-the-art publications from abroad. The categories of our publications include: Picture Books, Fairy Tales, Chapter Books and Young-Adult Fictions.

Marco Polo Press is a member of Cite Publishing Group, specializing in travel literature and is the only brand concentrating in this field in the Chinese language world. Marco Polo Press has two classics travel literature series. One is the Modern Notable Works of Travel Literature that focuses on contemporary authors and their extraordinary works. The other is The Classics of Travel Literature with emphasis on all the great authors who have established remarkable positions on travel literature and the classics.

Motifpress Co., Ltd. was founded in 2010. Its very youth is the source of the company's creativity and vitality. For the past three years, it has published and promoted more than sixty challenging, quality works from as broad a perspective as it is able, and has gained recognition from readers as well as critics. It has since emerged as one of the most dynamic publishing houses in the Chinese book market.

Established in 1992, Rye Field Publication is one of the oldest and most well-known general trade book publishers in Taiwan. We publish 110 titles every year, covering a wide spectrum of subjects from LITERATURE, HISTORY, HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES to SELF-HELP and CHILDEN’s books.

SpringHill Publishing is a newly founded publishing house in 2018 in Taiwan. We focus both on nonfiction and fiction titles. We intend to publish important books to interpret the human mind, world trends and social questions from the most unique perspective. Our previous publishing works include Capital in the 21st century by Thomas Piketty, Why Nations Fail by Daron Acemoglu and James Robinson, The Globalization Paradox by Dani Rodrik in our previous imprint Acropolis.

Titan Publishing Co., Ltd. was founded in March 1997. The Chinese name of the company is Da-Tien, which means “wonderful field”. The English name Titan, coming from Greek myth, means “giant with knowledge”.

We mainly focus on publishing fiction and non-fiction from local authors. We also published many translated books in the categories of self-help, inspiration, fashion, celebrity photo albums and so on.

Established in 1975, Yuan-Liou has accumulated an extensive backlist of over 5,000 titles, covering various fields for adults, teenagers and children. It was recognised as ‘the most active and influential publisher in Taiwan’ by Japan’s Encyclopaedia of Taiwan. In the digital and internet age, Yuan-Liou is building on its mission to create ‘schools without walls’ by hosting its own digital content distribution platform, hoping to bring a complete solution to publishers and content providers, as well as a joyful reading experience for readers.
