Yang Fu-Tzu, born in Penghu in 1995, is currently co-founder of the websites isle.travel and stoneweir.info. In 2017, she returned to Penghu to start a business, which initially focused on stone weir restoration. She works with local residents in her efforts to create a traditional yet modern fishing-village lifestyle that keeps pace with the times.
