As a child, T.K. liked to doodle on old newspapers, only later learning about comics and comics drawing contests. T.K. decided to first enroll at a five year technical school to become a dental technician. At the same time, he was submitting his work to contests, finally receiving a best new talent award from a comic book publisher in 2007, which kickstarted his career. Unlike many artists, he doesn’t use gradients, because he believes that using different weights of quill pens to crosshatch creates more thrilling stories. Aside from Skanda: Flaming Truth, which depicts a war between heaven and hell, T.K. has also produced a single volume spinoff of the Taiwanese movie, Sweet Alibis, and was selected to represent Taiwan at the Angoulême International Comics Festival.
