Cheng Yu, an outwardly aloof sous chef at a high-end restaurant, receives a call from a stranger one day during a meetup game at a gay bar, after which he starts dating Chi Shao. Their relationship is far from smooth sailing, however: Shao, who always has an eye for the main chance, flirts with his boss Lin Tsang-Hsuan to get ahead in his career. Yu hardens his heart and breaks up with Shao, just as he has to pull himself together to deal with sudden unemployment after the hot-tempered head chef fires him out of the blue. Unfortunately for Yu, even his search for a new job hits roadblocks, and the main obstacle turns out to be his romantic rival, Lin Tsang-Hsuan!
