Lucie Modde is a literary translator from Chinese and English into French. She works for French publishers and literary magazines.

She was awarded the Pierre-François Caillé translation prize in 2016.

She has been a resident at the Collège International des Traducteurs Littéraires (Arles, France) and at the Jan Michalski Foundation (Montricher, Switzerland).

She is a member of the steering committee for Atlas, an association aiming to promote literary translation.
